About the Role
Zoom is seeking a Group Product Manager to lead our Online Experiences & AB Testing team. This role is pivotal in managing and optimizing the online checkout process, driving new product introductions, and increasing overall online revenue. You will report directly to the eCommerce Group Manager within Zoom’s Online Business Unit.
Responsibilities
- Team Leadership: Manage a team of product managers, guiding them through Zoom’s career development process.
- Optimization of Online Experiences: Oversee the funnel optimization and UX across all online checkout and post-purchase flows, including the Pricing Page, Paywalls, and Billing Portal.
- Strategic Planning: Recommend and implement strategies to optimize the end-to-end customer journey, promoting checkout, upsell, upgrade, and engagement while minimizing churn.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with the eCommerce Group Manager and other departments like product marketing, legal, engineering, and leadership to create a seamless and scalable checkout experience.
- Project Management: Oversee the completion of simultaneous complex projects involving multiple systems such as Stripe, Cybersource, Zuora, and Salesforce.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize a data-driven approach to understand the ROI of programs and prioritize accordingly.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: 10+ years of eCommerce experience with a proven track record in leading teams and optimizing customer experiences.
- Skills: Proficiency in digital segmentation, funnel analysis, optimization, and A/B testing.
- Education: Advanced knowledge in high tech, SaaS, and Agile methodologies.
