Job Overview
Join a rapidly growing company in the field of Artificial Intelligence and Hyper-Automation. We are looking for a Senior Technical Project Manager with at least 3 years of experience in digital products to join our team. The Technical Project Manager will manage the implementation projects of Userbot's Chatbot and Conversational AI solutions, oversee client relationships during the project phase, and serve as the technical contact for any technical issues or opportunities for technological evolution of the software solution developed for the client.
Responsibilities
- Develop Chatbot and Conversational AI projects with Userbot's product.
- Manage various projects and establish the correct priorities.
- Identify potential issues.
- Prepare and distribute necessary reporting.
- Ensure the quality of the technological solution in use.
- Inform colleagues about the use of new technological solutions adopted.
- Collaborate with the commercial structure to qualify the sales opportunity and propose the best product that can generate value for the company and the client.
- Provide technical support to Sales Managers to support pre-sales and post-sales processes (up and cross-selling).
- Identify solutions to reduce project realization costs.
- Analyze customer needs and suggest updates or additional features to meet their needs.
- Coordinate the entire service delivery process with the development team and the client, ensuring adherence to agreed SLAs.
- Monitor customer satisfaction.
