About The Role
As a Senior Backend Software Engineer, you will join one of our talented product development teams focused on driving business growth. You will work on projects such as evolving the company's plans and pricing strategy, enhancing the trial and payment experiences, and improving the onboarding process for our customers. Your role will involve close collaboration with product managers, designers, and front-end engineers to deliver high-impact solutions that align with our strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Innovate and develop new features for our backend systems using NodeJS and TypeScript.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and high performance of our solutions.
- Participate in code reviews, maintain high standards for code quality, and ensure best practices in software development.
- Engage in problem-solving and help the team navigate technical challenges.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our engineering processes and practices.
Skills and Experience Required
- 4+ years of experience in software development.
- 3+ years of experience in developing backend applications with a significant user base.
- Strong proficiency in Node.js and familiarity with AWS services.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic team environment.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Location
This position is based in Lisbon, Portugal, with a hybrid work arrangement allowing flexibility between home and office work. We also offer national and international relocation support.
