The Role
As a Senior Software Engineer in our Backend team, you will be instrumental in driving the company's product development, focusing on our business growth. You will work on projects related to the evolution of our plans and pricing strategy, trial and payment experiences, and customer onboarding. Your role will involve close collaboration with product managers, designers, and front-end engineers to deliver high-quality software solutions.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain backend services using Node.js and TypeScript.
- Engage in code reviews and ensure high standards of code quality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Innovate and propose solutions that impact the company's trajectory both in the short and long term.
- Participate in cross-team initiatives to improve team happiness and efficiency.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in software development.
- 5+ years of experience in backend development, preferably with high user traffic.
- Proficiency in Node.js, TypeScript, and AWS.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively.
- Fluent in English.
