About The Role
As a Senior Software Engineer in the Backend team, you will be instrumental in driving the company's business growth. You will work on projects related to the evolution of the company's plans and pricing strategy, trial experience, payment experience, and customer onboarding. Your role will involve close collaboration with product managers, designers, and front-end engineers to deliver innovative solutions that impact the company's trajectory.
Key Responsibilities
- Innovate and develop features that enhance the trial and payment experiences for customers.
- Collaborate with team members to propose and implement backend solutions that support business growth.
- Participate in code reviews and ensure the maintenance of high-quality code standards.
- Engage in cross-team initiatives to improve the happiness and efficiency of fellow employees.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in software development.
- 5+ years of experience in backend development, particularly with Node.js and TypeScript.
- Experience in a product-focused environment.
- Fluent in English and capable of collaborative team work.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with AWS and cloud application deployment, testing, and monitoring.
- Interest in developing a T-shaped skillset and engaging in various aspects of software development.
