Responsibilities
- Maintain and enhance existing React systems: Fix bugs and improve the performance of existing applications.
- Design and develop new components: Create custom components to meet project requirements, ensuring they integrate seamlessly with existing systems.
- Collaborate with offshore teams: Work with offshore developers to design and implement robust front-end and back-end architectures.
- Optimize applications: Utilize metrics like Core Web Vitals and RUM to analyze and optimize web applications.
- Implement A/B testing: Conduct A/B testing to enhance user experience and conversion rates.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
- Proficiency in React and Next.js frameworks: Extensive experience with TypeScript.
- Experience with web sockets and accessibility frameworks: Familiarity with WCAG standards is a plus.
- Experience with React Native: Knowledge of mobile development with React Native.

- Salary: The position offers a competitive salary ranging from $99,000 to $120,000 annually, depending on experience and background.
