Role Overview
As a Senior Full-Stack Engineer at Gorgias, you will join the Automate team, a dynamic group focused on revolutionizing customer support in the ecommerce space. This role involves enhancing and expanding the functionality of our chat products, exploring and implementing performance improvements, and collaborating with other teams to integrate new features.
Responsibilities
- Develop and refine AI-driven customer support functionalities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate new product features.
- Ensure high standards of code quality through logging, unit tests, and monitoring.
- Provide technical consultation and participate in project scoping and breakdown.
Who You Should Be
- Experienced with React and Node.js (6+ years).
- Professional experience with Python.
- Demonstrated ownership and teamwork skills in previous roles.
Nice to Have
- Experience with TypeScript and WebSocket.
- Experience in developing live chat features.
