Role Description
As a Senior Software Developer specializing in Salesforce, you will be part of an international team responsible for implementing complex IT projects. You will analyze technical and functional requirements, develop software solutions, and take ownership of user stories. Your role will involve participating in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives, and you will have the opportunity to work with technologies such as Java, C#, APEX, Spring, and JavaScript.
Responsibilities
- Analyze customer requirements for feasibility and develop software solutions based on Scrum methodology.
- Contribute to the conception, development, and support of Salesforce projects.
- Provide effort estimates and take ownership of user stories.
- Participate in agile practices including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Work with technologies like APEX, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS.
Qualifications

- Passion for backend development and familiarity with frontend technologies.
- High affinity for business topics, especially CRM systems.
- Fluent in English; German language skills are a plus.
