What You'll Do

As a Senior Software Engineer at Aiwyn, you will:

Architect & Build: Focus on creating robust architecture and efficient data pipelines to ensure rapid and effective iterations.
Drive & Adapt: Work across the technology stack in our agile development team, adapting to project needs and wearing multiple hats.
Lead & Innovate: Take full ownership of your projects, tackling innovative problems from inception to completion, whether individually or as part of a team.

What We Need

Technical Mastery: Proficiency in Java/Kotlin and Spring Boot, underpinned by strong OOP and functional programming skills.
Architectural Acumen: Familiarity with various architecture patterns, particularly microservices, and strategic message distribution.
Innovative Problem-Solving: Ability to identify straightforward solutions to complex challenges and elegantly solve intricate engineering problems.
Continual Learner: Demonstrated history of mastering and applying new technologies at a high level.
Operational Experience: Experience in running systems at scale and navigating associated challenges.
Database Expertise: Hands-on experience with relational databases and performance optimization strategies.
