Position Overview
We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join our dynamic team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a startup environment and is eager to make a significant impact as we scale. You will be a key player in developing our platform and operations, working closely with the CEO and other teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage Tools and Applications: Collaborate with designers to create seamless user experiences and work with sales and customer success teams to enhance their operations.
- Business-Enablement Platforms: Implement features and facilitate integration between platforms like Webflow, Zendesk, Oases, and Slack.
- Data Management: Design and implement data pipelines to support marketing teams with accurate and timely information.
- Cross-Department Collaboration: Work with Growth Marketing, Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams to support expansion initiatives.
- Technical Documentation: Create comprehensive documentation to support our technical processes.
- Quality Assurance: Help define and implement a robust QA strategy to ensure the reliability of our releases and operations.
Skills and Expertise
- Experience: At least 5 years in software development, with startup experience preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in JavaScript, SQL, HTML, CSS, REST, and API development and integrations.
- Communication: Strong written and verbal English skills.
- Problem Solving: Ability to solve problems with a customer-oriented approach.
- Tech Savvy: Comfortable navigating various software tools like Zendesk, Oases, and Slack.
- Attributes: High level of ownership, confidentiality, attention to detail, and a data-driven mindset.
Work Environment
- Location: This is a remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere. However, you must be able to overlap with US Eastern Time for most of the workday.
- Setup: A professional work environment is required, including a home computer with dual monitors and strong internet.
