Skills & Experience We’d Love for You to Have
- 5+ Years of Experience: You have extensive experience building software at scale, with a strong understanding of software development principles.
- Back-End Expertise: Proficiency in building highly performant backends using modern languages such as GoLang, C++, Java, or Python.
- Cloud Infrastructure: Comfortable working with cloud infrastructure, particularly AWS, and have a strong opinion on what a robust DevOps pipeline should look like.
- Mentorship: Experience in mentoring other engineers and fostering a collaborative team environment.
