Role Description
As a Senior Software Engineer at Gantri, you will focus on backend development, particularly building APIs that power our online marketplace, designer Create Hub, and manufacturing operations dashboard. You will develop high-quality, highly available systems within Gantri's API framework to serve application needs. Projects include identity management, machine-learning for print failure detection, and robotic finishing.
You will collaborate closely with product, design, and manufacturing teams to deliver exceptional experiences for consumers and designers on the web. This role demands a high degree of ownership and autonomy, suited for engineers who thrive in a lean, fast-moving environment without the encumbrance of frequent meetings.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master's Degree in Computer Science or related fields
- Deep expertise in NodeJS and Postgres
- Experience with MongoDB and at least one other general purpose programming language (Python or Go preferred)
- Proficiency in designing, building, and debugging distributed systems
- Strong team player with excellent communication skills
