The Role

We're seeking two Senior Software Engineers to join our high-impact team in New York City (remote candidates considered). You'll be at the forefront of applied GenAI in the real estate sector, turning cutting-edge technology into practical solutions that users love.

What You'll Do

• Design, develop, and ship product features that leverage LLMs to solve real user problems.
• Work across the full stack, focusing on rapid iteration and practical implementation.
• Make key architectural decisions that shape our technical roadmap.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to turn complex problems into elegant, shipped solutions.
• Identify bottlenecks or inefficiencies and have the resources to delegate or solve them.

What We're Looking For

• 4-5 years of software engineering experience (minimum 2 years).
• Strong proficiency in Node.js and SQL (PostgreSQL preferred).
• Experience with React, AWS/Heroku, and working with LLMs is a plus.
• Proven track record of shipping products in previous roles.
• Ability to work autonomously and take ownership of projects from idea to deployment.
• Product-focused mindset with full-stack capabilities.
• Excitement about applying AI technologies to solve practical, sometimes unsexy problems.

Location

NYC-based preferred, but open to remote candidates willing to travel occasionally for team meetings.
