What You'll Do
As a Senior Software Engineer, you will:
- Collaborate with senior engineers, designers, and leadership to understand user and business needs.
- Lead user-facing, design-driven projects from conception to release.
- Work on projects ranging from open-ended briefs to more developed ones.

Must-have Technical Skills
- At least 5 years of experience building intuitive, fast, and real-time web applications.
- Solid understanding of modern front-end technologies like TypeScript and React.
- Experience with real-time applications using WebSockets.
- Familiarity with backend engineering.
- Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
- BS/MS/PhD in Computer Science or a related field OR equivalent skills & experience.
Nice-to-have
- Experience with information retrieval, data science, or machine learning.

- System Design Interview: A 60-minute session with the engineering team.
- Paid Work Trial: A day working on a task related to your role.
- Offer: If successful, an offer to join Poggio will be extended.
