About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Frontend Engineer who is passionate about building delightful, data-intensive applications that are functional, performant, and easy to use. You will have a deep understanding of frontend web technologies and industry best practices, along with a strong design sense and empathy for the end user.

Key Responsibilities
- Build high-quality and high-velocity applications using React, TypeScript, and Next.js.
- Translate design systems into reusable React components.
- Implement frontend best practices to maximize application quality, including unit and integration testing.
- Lead the evolution of frontend architecture as Eppo expands its product into more spaces with complex collaboration requirements.
- Mentor other engineers in frontend technology.
- Solve problems of high scope and complexity.
- Positively influence product decisions and lead discussions to bring the best experience to Eppo’s users.
- Serve as a key reviewer of frontend code.
Required Skills and Attributes
- Proficiency in React, TypeScript, and Next.js.
- Familiarity with GraphQL/Relay is a plus.
- Ability to lead and mentor a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in ambiguous situations.
- Resourceful and creative in using new technologies and frameworks.
