Overview
CIBC US is seeking a Senior Treasury Management Product Manager with expertise in Lockbox, SWIFT, and Wires. This role is pivotal in developing and executing strategic plans to enhance our treasury management products and services, ensuring they meet the evolving needs of our clients.
Responsibilities
- Strategic Planning & Execution: Develop and execute strategic priorities to drive product enhancements and development. Lead key initiatives from concept to implementation, including market assessment and business case development.
- Analytical Skills: Analyze financial, client, and operational data to derive insights and implement changes. Stay updated with industry trends to maintain competitive positioning.
- Leadership: Manage projects within a matrix organization, influencing at senior levels. Develop strong relationships across the bank to support initiatives.
- Communication: Present complex information clearly and concisely. Develop senior-level communications across various departments.
Who You Are
- Passionate about building relationships and delivering client-centric solutions.
- Skilled in strategic planning and execution, with a strong analytical background.
- Experienced in financial industries, particularly in Commercial Treasury Management.
- Knowledgeable about payment products, with specific expertise in SWIFT, Lockbox, and wires. ISO 20022 compliance familiarity is preferred.
