About The Role
In line with our commercial strategy and regional plans, we are seeking a Senior Relationship Manager to develop and manage long-term relationships with large-sized and complex accounts. This role is crucial for meeting customer requirements and achieving targeted sales, growth, and traffic development.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify Customer Needs and Market Opportunities: Achieve business growth by building and maintaining long-term customer relationships with large accounts and developing market infrastructures.
- Develop Sales Plans: Create plans for large sales accounts and infrastructure development to achieve targeted sales objectives in a cost-effective manner.
- Implement Initiatives: Coordinate and track activities for large customers and market infrastructure projects.
- Act as a Single Point of Contact: Serve as the main contact for large clients and support as a center of expertise in specific areas.
- Promote Products and Services: Represent SWIFT at regional fairs, forums, and meetings to grow our business.
- Liaise with Other Departments: Work with other divisions to provide coordinated services and integrated solutions to customers.
- Coach and Share Knowledge: Mentor less experienced sales staff and share insights about customers, products, and markets.

Education and Experience
- Education: University degree required.
- Experience: At least 7 years in sales, with 3 years in the financial industry.
