Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Coding Team Lead/Tech Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading a team of developers, ensuring the successful delivery of product features, and maintaining high-quality coding standards. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, leadership abilities, and excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of developers. Conduct regular one-on-one meetings with team members.
- Project Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of product features. Collaborate with Sales, Structurers, and CTO to define requirements and timelines. Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery. Conduct daily calls, sprint calls, backlog grooming sessions along with internal tech and business workshops.
- Technical Expertise: Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards. Resolve complex technical issues and provide technical direction to the team. Promote continuous improvement and innovation within the team.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in software development. Proven experience in a leadership or technical lead role. Strong background using .NET Framework in back-end development.
- Development Skills: Excellent leadership and team management skills. Proficiency in software development methodologies and best practices (e.g., Agile, Scrum). Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Azure cloud platform.
- Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
- Familiarity with frontend frameworks.
- Experience with microservices architecture.
- Russian knowledge is a big plus.
