About The Role
As a Software Engineer at Medallion, you will work closely with senior team members on high-impact projects. You will ship production code during your first week, gain exposure to a broad set of technologies, and rapidly take on more responsibility. This role offers massive personal growth opportunities and the chance to ship features that make a meaningful impact on the healthcare system. You will be part of a supportive and experienced team of engineers, PMs, and designers.
What You'll Do
- Work on meaningful projects with business impact from your very first day.
- Gain expertise across the stack – full-stack web, platforms and services, cloud infrastructure.
- Collaborate with senior engineers on technical architecture and project planning.
- Work closely with PMs, designers, and other stakeholders on product design.
- Write a lot of code :)
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience as a software engineer.
- Strong technical foundation in computer science and/or software engineering.
- Fast and motivated learner.
- Excellent communicator, both verbally and in writing.
- Ability to get things done.

Compensation
The salary for this role ranges from $135,000 to $175,000, depending on location and level.
Location
This is a remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere in the United States.
