About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Software Engineer to join our dynamic Engineering team. In this role, you will work alongside collaborative partners and dedicated achievers to support our mission of shaping the future of healthcare.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work with various teams to identify and address engineering challenges in the healthcare domain.
• Develop Software Solutions: Engage in the design, coding, testing, and deployment of software solutions to meet business obligations and regulatory requirements.
• Drive Innovation: Conduct research and analysis to drive innovation and insight discovery in med-tech products and services.
• Implement Best Practices: Ensure scalability, reliability, and security in software engineering practices.
• Improve Engineering Processes: Participate in the enhancement of engineering processes, standards, and procedures.
• Provide Technical Guidance: Offer technical support and guidance to internal stakeholders and teams.
• Monitor Software Performance: Evaluate the performance of software systems, identifying areas for optimization and enhancement.
• Contribute to Knowledge Sharing: Aid in documentation and knowledge sharing within the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in software development, preferably in the healthcare or medical technology industry.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.
• Strong understanding of software design principles and patterns.
• Experience with agile development methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban).
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements and standards in the healthcare sector (e.g., HIPAA, FDA regulations).
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate technical concepts clearly.
• Adaptability to evolving technologies and project requirements.

Salary and Benefits

• Salary Range: €130,000 - €150,000 annually
