About Us
Our founding team is composed of industry veterans with over 16 years of experience leading machine learning teams at top companies like Verkada, Waymo, NVIDIA, Bridgewater, and Stanford. We have secured funding from prominent VCs and founders associated with Rippling, OpenAI, xAI, Brave, Hebbia, Docker, Cruise, Verkada, Lyft, and Zoom.
Your Role
As a Founding Engineer, you will play a crucial role in accelerating our mission to connect talented individuals with great opportunities. You will:
- Own Product Features: Transform customer needs into operationally excellent code.
- Iterate on ML Approaches: Develop new machine learning strategies to enhance agent behavior.
- Wear Many Hats: Engage in various tasks, including frontend, backend, infrastructure, and machine learning.
- Move Mountains: Do whatever it takes to propel the company forward.
Requirements
- Education: B.S. or M.S. in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: At least 4 years of engineering experience in a startup environment.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python and backend technologies such as FastAPI, Flask, and Django. Experience with relational databases like PostgreSQL and MySQL, as well as NoSQL databases like MongoDB and Redis. Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, or similar containerization and orchestration technologies.
- Soft Skills: Strong ability to work under pressure, excellent teamwork skills, and a robust work ethic.
- Passion: A desire to work with the smartest people on the hardest problems.
