Join Our Team as a Staff Software Engineer - Action Platform
We are seeking a highly skilled Staff Software Engineer to join our Action Platform team in Lisbon. This role is pivotal in driving the resilience and scalability of our platform, which runs actions against third-party systems for multiple products, including Workflow Automation and AppBuilder.
About the Role
As a Staff Software Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and leading high-priority projects that enhance the platform's capabilities. You will work across two teams: the API team, which focuses on scaling and orchestration, and the Runtime team, which manages the development and lifecycle of the Action Platform runners and UI components.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and Drive Projects: Lead projects that increase the platform's resilience and scalability.
- Architectural Decisions: Guide architectural decisions for distributed, high-throughput, real-time systems.
- System Reliability: Identify system risks and design solutions to enhance reliability.
- Collaboration: Work closely with partner platforms to integrate and provide critical capabilities.

- Experienced Leader: You have led cross-team initiatives in a platform or infrastructure-focused environment for over 2 years.
- Performance-Oriented: Passionate about performance and efficiency optimization.
