ClickUp is seeking a highly skilled Staff Frontend Engineer to join our dynamic engineering team. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and Maintain Features: You will be responsible for building features using Angular 15+, collaborating closely with designers, engineers, and product managers to enhance the ClickUp user experience.
• Architect Efficient Code: Design and implement reusable front-end code that is efficient and scalable.
• Project Management: Manage individual project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables to ensure timely completion.
• Performance Optimization: Identify and resolve performance and scalability issues to maintain a seamless user experience.
• Testing and Quality Assurance: Build and maintain unit and integration tests, working with QA counterparts to ensure all edge cases are covered.
• Bug Fixing: Quickly address and resolve bugs, providing robust solutions to complex problems.
• State Management: Follow established practices for maintaining state within ClickUp using tools like NgRx.

Qualifications

• Experience: 5+ years of experience working with JavaScript, with a strong emphasis on Angular 15+.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Redux style state management, NgRx, TypeScript, and RxJs. Solid understanding of HTML/CSS, including layout, specificity, cross-browser compatibility, and accessibility.
• Communication: Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
• Mentorship: Experience mentoring teammates and sharing knowledge to deepen their technical expertise.
• Self-Starter: A strong self-starter who is operationally focused and a natural problem-solver.
