Join Celonis as a Staff Quality Engineer - Machine Learning
About the Role
Celonis is seeking a highly skilled Staff Quality Engineer with a focus on Machine Learning to join our Engineering Product Excellence (EPE) Chapter. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality products through automation coding and delivery. You will work closely with our development team to implement innovations in our software, create and monitor automated tests, and ensure product quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate independently as a member of a cross-functional team, advocating for quality and driving customer satisfaction.
- Own responsibility for complex areas of testing, ensuring robust and high-quality test coverage.
- Research, recommend, and implement tools and processes to increase automation and test coverage.
- Collaborate across the EPE Chapter, mentoring team members and contributing to process and quality improvements.
- Serve as a test coach to developers, reviewing unit tests and suggesting methods for better coverage.
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of Quality Assurance, Agile Processes, and Test Automation.
- Proficiency in traditional ML algorithms and large language models (LLMs).
- Competence in programming languages and test automation tools such as Python, PyTest, Java, and RestAssured.
- Familiarity with AI/ML performance metrics and CI/CD tools like DataDog.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
