Celonis, a global leader in Process Mining technology, is seeking a talented Software Engineer specializing in Machine Learning to join our innovative AI Group, CeloAI. This team is dedicated to developing cutting-edge AI/ML technologies for Celonis products, empowering enterprises to make intelligent business decisions and achieve operational excellence.
About the Role
As a Software Engineer in Machine Learning, you will be responsible for designing and developing product features and customer solutions based on AI/ML approaches. You will work closely with solution engineers, customer value architects, and execution management consultants to build scalable and high-quality AI/ML features and solutions for our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand the business needs of Celonis customers and translate them into concrete technical problems, often AI-related.
- Determine suitable AI/ML approaches for solving these problems.
- Design and develop scalable and high-quality AI/ML models.
- Implement robust data collection and evaluation mechanisms.
- Build low-latency infrastructure to serve AI/ML models.
- Develop intelligent techniques to integrate enterprise operational data.
- Ensure data freshness and accuracy across thousands of enterprise customers.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related fields; Master’s or PhD is a plus.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Passionate about solving real-world customer problems with scalable AI/ML solutions.
- Experience in building high-quality AI/ML solutions with clear evaluation mechanisms.
