Job Overview
As a Tech Lead Salesforce Commerce Cloud at Basic-Fit, you will be at the forefront of building and maintaining various e-commerce websites and web shops. You will collaborate closely with the Marketing and IT teams to define technical standards, guide the team on best practices, and make decisions to improve the platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and maintenance of e-commerce websites and web shops.
- Collaborate with Marketing and IT teams to define technical standards and best practices.
- Make strategic decisions to enhance the platform.
- Work on a shared environment integrating multiple systems such as Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and SAP.
- Play a key role in an Agile team consisting of developers, a Product Owner, Scrum Master, UX Designer, and Graphical Designer.
Required Skills and Experience
- Strong experience as a back-end developer with Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC / Demandware).
- Knowledge of OCAPI.
- Proficiency in Node.js and JavaScript.
- Experience with code version control tools like Azure DevOps, Git, Bitbucket, or GitHub.
- Experience in developing multi-site storefronts using multiple locales.
- Development experience in the SFRA framework.
- Experience with third-party integrations (e.g., Adyen, GlobalCollect, PayPal) using REST and SOAP.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Ability to understand and respond to business needs in a rapidly changing environment.
Preferred Skills
- Experience working in an Agile/SCRUM environment.
- Experience with React.js.

Location
This position is based in Hoofddorp, North Holland, Netherlands, with a hybrid work environment allowing for both on-site and off-site work.
