About the Role

As a Fullstack Software Engineer focusing on security, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our IT solutions remain secure while supporting our development teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop Secure Applications: Work within a product-led environment to empower developers to build secure applications effortlessly. You will be part of team Karma, within the IT Security Department, responsible for providing security and compliance insights.
- Ownership and Innovation: We value autonomy and ownership. You will have the opportunity to propose innovative ideas to enhance security insights across our platform. Develop features end-to-end and take full responsibility for your team's efforts.
- Create Actionable Dashboards: Develop clean, high-performance code and create dashboards that provide teams with actionable security insights.
- Collaborate and Grow: Help your team grow by connecting with stakeholders to ensure solutions add value to both internal and external customers.

What We Are Looking For
- Technical Expertise: Proficiency in Spring, Java and/or Kotlin, the Google Cloud stack, and frontend applications. A solid understanding of security and compliance-related tooling and frameworks is essential.

Location
This position is based in Utrecht, Netherlands, with a hybrid work model allowing for both on-site and off-site work.
