Job Overview
As a Web Analyst at Ventures Lab, you will be an integral part of our Marketing department, focusing on providing crucial marketing insights, reporting, and ad operations. Reporting directly to the Head of Paid Acquisition, you will collaborate closely with our marketing team to enhance digital marketing strategies across multiple brands.
Responsibilities
- Ad Operations and Tracking: Manage and implement tracking and reporting for our digital marketing channels. Full ownership of Google Campaign Manager and related Floodlight pixel tracking.
- Data Analysis and Visualization: Utilize tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Firebase for mobile apps to set up event tagging and reporting metrics. Implement dashboards in Power BI or other platforms to monitor and analyze traffic/users actions on websites and mobile apps.
- Collaboration and Reporting: Work with internal and external agency partners to ensure tracking and measurement capabilities are implemented correctly and optimized. Share campaign reporting and insights with internal brand teams.
- Technical Support and Integration: Support the development team in implementing specific tracking/tagging needs. Integrate specific tracking for iOS and Android apps to collect & analyze user data.
Desired Skills & Experience
- Extensive experience with Google marketing products including Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Firebase, and Google Campaign Manager.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Power BI and business intelligence tools.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience in SQL and BigQuery.
- Experience with iGaming products and platforms like JIRA and Confluence.
- Excellent multi-tasking and communication skills.
