Your Role

At PostNL, we are ready to make significant strides in AI with our new conversational AI platform, Cognigy. As a Web Analyst, you will be essential in optimizing our chatbot flows. Use your skills in SQL or Python to conduct thorough analyses and gain new insights to optimize our flows and better assist our users.

• Initiate A/B tests and content personalization, develop these tests, and ensure accurate execution in collaboration with the team.
• Work with developers to ensure all online data is correctly collected via our tag management system (Google Tag Manager), and link online and offline data for deeper insights.
• Present your findings and analyses clearly and convincingly to various stakeholders, adapting to the audience.

Tools We Use

We use tools like Adobe Analytics, AB Tasty, Google Tag Manager, Amazon Web Services, and Salesforce Marketing Cloud to improve our insights and optimize our service.

Your Colleagues

Join a team of 10 analysts, collaborating and brainstorming to achieve the best insights and solutions. Work with various Product Owners and Journey Owners and colleagues within PostNL.

• A good salary from €3,800 to €5,200 gross per month (scale 10) based on a 37-hour workweek (full-time).

What You Bring

• Excellent communication skills and talent for connecting, making you an essential conversation partner for stakeholders, team members, and experts in the dynamic world of web analysis at PostNL.
• HBO/WO working and thinking level (education in Marketing Intelligence, Data Analytics, Computer Science is a plus).
• Knowledge and at least 2 years of experience with online analysis packages, such as Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics.
• Specialist knowledge of at least one of the programming languages SQL and/or Python.
• Strong in translating data into clear reports and presentations.
• Knowledge and experience with various front-end languages such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript is a plus.
