Marketing Analytics Engineer
About the Role
As a Marketing Analytics Engineer at Wrike, you will play a crucial role in enhancing and supporting digital marketing efforts throughout the lead journey. This includes managing the tracking tech stack, improving conversion and spend efficiency, and providing visibility for stakeholders through comprehensive reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Support Critical Data Pipelines: Collaborate with the data engineering team to enable new data sources and ensure data quality.
- ETL Processes: Develop and maintain ETL processes to streamline data flow and integration.
- Google Analytics Management: Oversee Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager to ensure accurate tracking and reporting.
- Data Insights: Research lead funnel data to provide actionable insights for marketing teams.
- A/B Testing: Set up and manage A/B tests for website and marketing campaigns.
- BI Reporting: Build and visualize BI reports for marketing stakeholders.
- Performance Presentation: Present marketing performance results to team leads and the executive team.
Required Skills and Experience
- Experience: 3+ years in marketing analytics.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL and databases (PostgreSQL, BigQuery), Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Python for ETL processes.
- Analytical Skills: Strong understanding of A/B testing methodologies.
- Communication: Upper intermediate or fluent English.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Airflow.
