Role Overview

In this role, you will dive deep into marketing data, analyze it, and provide actionable recommendations to optimize marketing campaigns and drive business performance. You will be responsible for regular and ad-hoc tracking, analysis, and reporting on different metrics and KPIs related to channel performance, GTM metrics, media & awareness, funnel metrics, ROI, targets vs actuals, and marketing effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support data-driven decisions by providing actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaborate with the Data & Analytics team on the creation of reports and dashboards by writing business requirements and driving adoption.
  • Understand marketing and sales objectives, business processes, and underlying systems.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, Product, and other teams to better understand metrics and present insights.
  • Participate and drive projects that support the marketing analytics and reporting strategy.

Your Background

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in analyzing marketing data from multiple sources and drawing actionable insights.
  • Hands-on reporting experience with CRMs, Marketing Automation tools, SFDC, Google Analytics, Tableau.
  • Advanced Excel user comfortable with large data sets.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong business judgment and marketing knowledge, with a readiness to make recommendations.
  • Experience in defining requirements and driving cross-functional projects.
  • Curious, organized, with strong attention to detail, and quick to spot data integrity issues.
  • Self-driven and adaptive to change.
  • Experience working in a global company and with multiple teams and stakeholders; experience in the tech industry is a plus.
  • Excellent English and communication skills.
