Web Technical Lead

Position Summary

The Zoetis Web team (Intl) is responsible for all activities needed to efficiently and effectively roll-out and grow the Zoetis Web platform to our International markets. Reporting to the Senior Manager Web & Analytics (Intl), the Web Technical Lead will assist with the technical aspects of the web strategy. The primary focus of this role is to lead the development of any web-related project, quality assurance, debugging, and support commercial operations by coordinating with the technical agency for component creation and management, ensuring scalability and correctness in execution. This role requires offering commercial support to international markets, excluding the US. The Web Technical Lead will engage with market colleagues, IT partners, and external agencies, ensuring alignment and efficient execution of digital projects.

Position Responsibilities

• Assist with the technical part of the web strategy, ensuring scalable and correct component creation and ensuring changes are appropriately coordinated with market stakeholders. (40%)
• Offer commercial support to international markets and oversee conversations with technical agencies (30%)
• Collaborate with the Senior Manager Web & Analytics for project execution and coordination (20%)
• Update training material on our Laika website (5%)
• Coordinate with the US team to ensure alignment in relation to Digital projects (5%)

Education and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• 2-3 years of experience in web development, digital project management, or a similar role
• Familiarity with web technologies and web analytics
• Experience working in a commercial support capacity

Technical Skills Requirements

• Knowledge/experience with enterprise-scale CRM platforms
• Proficiency in Crownpeak CMS
• Understanding of web development processes and technologies
• Experience working in a regulated environment and understanding different regulations across international markets
• Excellent communication skills and ability to present project updates to key stakeholders
• Highly organized with strong prioritization skills
• Experience in web analytics (Google Analytics)
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus

Physical Position Requirements

This is a remote position based in Portugal. Ability to travel (low, less than 15% of time).
