About the Role
We are seeking innovative and creative professionals who are passionate about growth, evolution, and learning. As a Tech Lead, you will be responsible for leading technical projects and teams, ensuring the successful delivery of software solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of developers to deliver high-quality software solutions.
- Oversee the development and deployment of PHP applications.
- Implement DevOps practices to streamline development and deployment processes.
- Manage infrastructure servers, particularly Linux-based systems.
- Ensure security measures are in place, including firewall management and FortClient or F5 experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Tech Lead.
- Strong experience in PHP development.
- Solid knowledge of DevOps practices.
- Experience with deployment processes and on-premise solutions.
- Experience with infrastructure servers (Linux).
- Bachelor's degree in a technology-related field.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Laravel framework.
