About the Role

We are seeking innovative and creative professionals who are passionate about growth, evolution, and learning. As a Tech Lead, you will be responsible for leading technical projects and teams, ensuring the successful delivery of software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team of developers to deliver high-quality software solutions.
Oversee the development and deployment of PHP applications.
Implement DevOps practices to streamline development and deployment processes.
Manage infrastructure servers, particularly Linux-based systems.
Ensure security measures are in place, including firewall management and FortClient or F5 experience.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.

Required Qualifications

Proven experience as a Tech Lead.
Strong experience in PHP development.
Solid knowledge of DevOps practices.
Experience with deployment processes and on-premise solutions.
Experience with infrastructure servers (Linux).
Bachelor's degree in a technology-related field.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Laravel framework.
