Key Responsibilities

• Drive Gen AI Adoption: Lead the integration and adoption of Generative AI technologies, including Microsoft Copilot, across the organization.
• Identify and Prioritize AI Opportunities: Collaborate with business units to identify AI opportunities within existing software, prioritize those with the highest impact, and support their adoption.
• Manage AI Use Case Pipeline: Oversee the entire lifecycle of AI projects at Nilfisk, from idea generation and solution development to testing, validation, documentation, and business rollout.
• Develop and Deploy AI Solutions: Work closely with team members, developers, and vendors to design, develop, test, and deploy AI solutions on Azure and other platforms, ensuring technical and functional alignment.
• Monitor and Optimize AI Performance: Continuously evaluate the performance and impact of AI solutions, providing recommendations for improvements and optimization.
• Consult on GenAI Solutions: Offer expert consultancy on GenAI development and implementation, assess current IT architectures, and design target architectures for AI use cases.
• Stakeholder Communication and Alignment: Maintain regular communication with business stakeholders to manage expectations, address concerns, and ensure alignment with strategic objectives.

What You Need to Have

• A few years of experience as an IT and business consultant with a deep understanding of Generative AI technologies and their applications across various functional areas.
• A bachelor's degree or higher in Software Engineering, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Azure and other cloud services, with a proven track record of setting up AI models in these environments.

What Could Elevate Your Candidacy

• Programming experience, writing clean, maintainable code in languages such as Python, C++, Java, or similar.
• Knowledge and understanding of AI concepts, techniques, and applications, including machine learning, deep learning, natural language processing, and computer vision.

The 2nd interview will be with a Talent Acquisition Partner together with the hiring manager where the focus is on a feedback session on a personality assessment and aptitude test. The 3rd and final round of interviews will be an interview with the CIO.
