AI Adoption Lead

About the Role
We are looking for an engaged "AI Evangelist" who can guide our employees on how best to use AI tools like Chat GPT and Copilot in our operations.
In this role, you will inspire and educate our employees on the use of AI tools, review and optimize the use of these AI tools within the company, and act as an advisor and reviewer when setting up new GPTs, Copilots, or similar systems. You will also collaborate with various departments to spread knowledge about AI and how each department can use AI to achieve the best results.
About You
To succeed in this role, we see that you have a deep understanding and experience with AI concepts and AI tools. You should have experience building GPTs, Copilots, or similar. Furthermore, you need to have good knowledge of Microsoft 365 products, including the Office suite, OneDrive, SharePoint, and Teams. We are looking for someone with an inspiring and pedagogical personality and a strong desire to share your knowledge.
You will have a central role with great opportunities to influence how the company will work with the aforementioned AI tools going forward. You will work in an innovative environment, with engaged colleagues, and have the opportunity to continuously develop within one of the most exciting areas, in a modern tech stack.
You will be part of our Common Infrastructure team.
You need to be able to communicate fluently in both Swedish and English.
The position is a permanent employment preceded by a probationary period, starting by agreement.
Finally, as much of the role focuses on networking, inspiring, and teaching others, we see that you are on-site at the office 3-4 days a week. Office work takes place at our beautiful headquarters at Lilla Bommen in Gothenburg. Our teams sit together, which promotes both communication and collaboration.
