Your Responsibilities

• Build robust backends serving millions of users using the Ruby on Rails framework.
• Actively contribute to architectural solutions and best practices.
• Identify and address performance bottlenecks, proposing solutions and developing caching strategies.
• Ship code to millions of users, ensuring a seamless user experience.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive unit testing strategy to uphold code quality.
• Share knowledge with the team, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment.

Your Profile

• Relevant experience in building web applications that serve APIs.
• Proficiency in developing applications using Ruby, Rails frameworks, or similar technologies.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in an agile, cross-functional, and autonomous team environment.
• Experience using Github for collaboration within an engineering team.
• Familiarity with testing methodologies, such as RSpec or equivalent.
• Advocate for clean, performance-driven code.
• Strong team player, collaborator, and enthusiastic about sharing knowledge.
