Your Responsibilities

Build robust backends serving millions of users using the Ruby on Rails framework.
Actively contribute to architectural solutions and best practices.
Identify and address performance bottlenecks, proposing solutions and developing caching strategies.
Ship code to millions of users, ensuring a seamless user experience.
Develop and implement a comprehensive unit testing strategy to uphold code quality.
Share knowledge with the team, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment.

Your Profile

Relevant experience in building web applications that serve APIs.
Proficiency in developing applications using Ruby, Rails frameworks, or similar technologies.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in an agile, cross-functional, and autonomous team environment.
Experience using Github for collaboration within an engineering team.
Familiarity with testing methodologies, such as RSpec or equivalent.
Advocate for clean, performance-driven code.
Strong team player, collaborator, and enthusiastic about sharing knowledge.
