What You Will Do

- Plan & Implement Testing: Conduct high-impact A/B and multivariate testing experiments to boost performance.
- Solve Technical Challenges: Collaborate with product and engineering teams to overcome technical hurdles.
- Design Backend Architectures: Create secure, scalable, and robust backend systems.
- Monitor and Optimize: Keep our systems running smoothly by monitoring and optimizing performance.
- Implement Security Best Practices: Ensure data safety through rigorous security measures.
- Enhance User Experience: Work with support teams to improve user experience through automation.
Your Experience
- Ruby on Rails Development: Proven track record in production environments.
- Scalable Deployment: Expertise in cloud-based solutions and scalable deployment.
- Infrastructure Tools: Proficiency with tools like Terraform.
- Database Optimization: Strong skills in database optimization and algorithm design.
- DevOps Principles: Familiarity with DevOps principles, automated testing, and agile methodologies.
