Position Overview

Mooncard is seeking a strategic and creative Brand Manager to enhance our market presence and customer engagement. The ideal candidate will excel in brand management and communication.

Responsibilities

  • Brand Development and Strategy:

    • Develop and implement brand strategies aligned with Mooncard's vision.
    • Conduct market research to identify target audiences and trends.
    • Define brand positioning and ensure its consistent deployment across all channels.
  • Campaign Planning and Execution:

    • Plan and execute marketing campaigns across various channels.
    • Write compelling ads to support growth activities.
    • Ensure campaigns are aligned with brand identity and visual standards.
  • Social Media Management:

    • Develop a communication strategy on social media to increase brand visibility and engagement.
    • Manage and create consistent online content.
    • Monitor trends to stay current on social media.
  • Public Relations:

    • Manage strategic public relations to enhance brand reputation and awareness.
    • Build strong relationships with media, influencers, and industry leaders.
    • Handle media inquiries and prepare PR materials.
  • Brand Performance Monitoring:

    • Track and analyze performance metrics.
    • Use insights to refine strategies and improve visibility.
    • Prepare detailed performance reports for management.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration:

    • Ensure brand alignment with product, sales, and customer service teams.
    • Coordinate with external agencies and partners to ensure cohesive brand promotion.
  • Event and Partnership Management:

    • Identify potential partnerships to enhance the brand.
    • Plan and execute events ensuring they align with the brand image.
  • Brand Asset Renewal:

    • Propose initiatives to improve branding strategies.
    • Ensure brand assets reflect current strategies and positioning.
  • Editorial Strategy:

    • Develop and implement an editorial strategy aligned with the overall brand strategy.
    • Select, create, and manage high-quality content across platforms.

Candidate Profile

  • Degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or related field.
  • Significant experience in brand management, media campaigns, and marketing.
  • Proficient in digital marketing, social media, and public relations.
  • Recognized for communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and consistency.

Bonus Skills

  • Experience in the fintech or payments sector.
  • Familiarity with marketing analysis tools.
  • Experience managing external agencies.
  • Portfolio of successful brand campaigns.
