Affirm is seeking a Senior Growth Marketing Manager to lead our paid media strategies and collaborate with various teams to drive effective campaigns. This role is pivotal in managing our media relationships and optimizing our marketing efforts to achieve business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Lead paid media strategies in collaboration with Brand, Partner Marketing, and Platform teams.
- Manage relationships with media agencies and develop comprehensive testing schedules.
- Implement rigorous frameworks to drive learnings from campaigns.
- Provide actionable recommendations for optimizing channel and campaign performance.
- Educate and influence executives through data-driven analysis.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in performance or growth marketing.
- Experience with media agencies or in-house media teams.
- Proficient in B2C and B2B media planning and campaigns.
- Strong understanding of the intersection between media planning and creative development.
- Expertise in marketing analytics and MarTech tools like Google Tag Manager and Looker.
