About The Role
Firstbase is seeking a dynamic Head of Marketing to spearhead our marketing department, focusing on user acquisition and growth across multiple platforms. You will be responsible for leading a diverse team covering areas such as Product Marketing, Paid Marketing, and Organic efforts including content and social media initiatives.

Who Are We Looking For?
We seek a marketing leader who is a risk-taker with a proven track record in strategic initiative development, team leadership, and achieving growth through innovative marketing strategies. You should have extensive experience in Product Marketing, demand forecasting, and partnership development.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement long-term strategic initiatives to drive growth.
- Lead and scale the Product Marketing function.
- Enhance analytics and data tracking across the marketing organization.
- Oversee paid media strategy and content initiatives to drive key performance indicators.
- Collaborate with Business Development and Sales to expand channel partnerships.
Requirements
- 4+ years in marketing leadership, preferably in a multi-product company.
- Demonstrated ability in scaling marketing teams and executing successful customer acquisition strategies.
- Proficiency in PPC campaign management and A/B testing tools.
- Strong interest in startups and a high-energy personality.
