Key Responsibilities

• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with various departments such as CVM, product, and digital to understand their needs and ensure data science efforts align with company objectives.
• Model Development: Actively participate in the development, validation, and deployment of predictive models, ensuring they are accurate, scalable, and performant.
• Project Management: Manage generative AI projects from the definition of user stories to the training and delivery of models, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
• Expertise and Guidance: Offer expertise in statistical methods, machine learning algorithms, and data analysis techniques. Guide the team in selecting appropriate methodologies for different projects.
• Innovation and Integration: Stay updated with the latest trends in data science and AI, applying innovative techniques to improve processes and solutions. Collaborate with engineering, product management, IT, and other departments to integrate data science solutions into products and processes.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Educational Background: BSc or MSc in IT, Economics, Technology, Natural or Social Sciences.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in Python, SQL, and tools for diagrams and data models. Experience with MLflow, AWS, Sagemaker, Bedrock, or other cloud-related solutions for data science.
• Experience: Over 5 years of experience in AI/ML and at least 3 years in a leadership role within data science.
• Industry Knowledge: Experience in the telecommunications industry is a plus.
• Communication: Excellent communication skills and a proficient level of English.
