Data Roadmap and Translation Lead - Marketing and Sales

Sanofi, an innovative global healthcare company, is seeking a dynamic and strategic professional to join our global Procurement Excellence & Transformation team as a Data Roadmap & Translation Lead for the Marketing and Sales Domain. In this pivotal role, you will be accountable for the definition and execution of Procurement's data roadmap.

Main Responsibilities

• Develop a strategic analytics roadmap for the Marketing and Sales Domain, identifying and designing analytics capabilities.
• Align the roadmap with the execution arm (Procurement Services) to ensure timely delivery and quality of analytics.
• Collaborate with the Head of Marketing & Sales and Global Category Teams to understand data requirements for analytics.
• Develop a data strategy with internal data stakeholders and external data sources to uplift our data foundations.
• Utilize advanced statistical and machine learning techniques to uncover patterns, correlations, and predictive insights.
• Prepare and deliver executive-level reports and presentations that highlight strategic insights and recommendations.
• Communicate complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
• Stay at the forefront of industry trends and emerging technologies in data analytics and procurement.
• Propose innovative solutions to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of analytics processes.

About You

• Experience: 5+ years of professional experience, with a focus on analytics and emerging technologies. Strong understanding of Procurement processes and frameworks. Experience in Indirect Procurement, with knowledge of Marketing & Sales Procurement or Consulting organizations is advantageous.
• Skills: Strong understanding of data privacy regulations, industry trends, and best practices. Ability to translate business requirements into a technical roadmap. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Good stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Analytics, Statistics, or related fields. A Master's degree in a relevant field, or an MBA is preferred.
• Languages: Fluent in written and spoken English.
