Job Overview
Marriott International is seeking a Web & Digital Specialist to join our team in Porto Cervo, Sardinia, Italy. This full-time, seasonal position is integral to executing digital activities that support our luxury hotels, bars, and restaurants. The role focuses on ensuring global compliance and updating approved content across various digital platforms and channels.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Marketing Execution
- Deliver all aspects of the Digital Marketing program for two luxury hotels, a collection of bars and restaurants, and a golf club.
- Maintain and update website content and company apps.
- Implement and manage online platforms, including opening and monitoring tickets for technical issues.
- Conduct audits of hotel websites, providing detailed feedback and areas for improvement.
- Update CMS fields associated with hotel and restaurant website pages.
- Load photography into the Marriott asset library, ensuring compliance.
- Manage hotel offers as directed by the hotel and continent teams.
- Ensure TripAdvisor and Google My Business listings are updated as needed.
- Update content scores for third-party listings (OTAs).
Digital & Social Campaigns
- Collate, create, and execute social media and digital campaigns per market.
- Oversee the activation of SEO programs per market.
- Coordinate and ensure the development of tactical landing pages.
- Support the setup and management of paid and social media campaigns.
- Compile reporting and recommendations for all campaigns.
Relationship Management
- Develop knowledge and work with Marriott International teams.
- Manage relationships with key vendors to drive scalability and consistency in platform development.
- Develop, support, and implement new processes to improve team efficiency.
Qualifications
- Experience: 1+ years in an online agency, client services position, or hotel marketing.
- Education: Diploma in marketing or related field or equivalent certification.
- Skills: Strong workflow management, content management systems experience, organized, detail-oriented, and deadline-sensitive.
- Language: Proficiency in English is required.

- Provide timely updates and information to managers and co-workers.
- Present ideas and information in a concise, organized manner.
- Use problem-solving methodology for decision-making and follow-up.
- Maintain positive working relations with internal teams and department managers.

- Perform other reasonable duties as assigned by the manager.
