Join Plaid, a pioneering data network company, as an Experienced Software Engineer on the Machine Learning Infrastructure team. This role is crucial for developing and maintaining the infrastructure that supports machine learning initiatives across various financial services.
Responsibilities
- Develop Scalable ML Infrastructure: Design and develop robust machine learning infrastructure that supports the entire lifecycle of ML models, from data ingestion to deployment.
- Improve ML Operations (MLOps): Implement best practices in MLOps to streamline the development, deployment, and monitoring of ML models.
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with product managers, data scientists, and other engineering teams to translate their needs into ML platform capabilities.
- Provide Technical Guidance: Offer support and guidance to junior engineers and peers, promoting a culture of technical excellence.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of software engineering experience.
- 1+ year experience with machine learning or developing ML platforms.
- Strong skills in Python and k8s.
