Job Overview
Join Plaid as a Software Engineer in the Network Enablement team, where you will be instrumental in developing an end-to-end consent and privacy management system. This role involves working on diverse data insight products for consumers, customers, and financial data partners, enhancing Plaid’s network value and fostering a user-friendly and compliant open finance experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and Build: Contribute to the design, building, and scaling of the Open Finance products suite. This includes hands-on development across frontend, backend, and data infrastructures.
- Technical Design and Product Ideation: Engage in technical designs and product ideations, setting up reusable platform components to enable faster yet robust product feature iterations.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to develop solutions that make a difference for consumers, fintechs, and financial institutions.
- Problem Solving: Address both the 0 to 1 stage and the 1 to 10 stage of problems, ensuring industry impact with the systems you design and implement.
Qualifications
- Product Sense: Strong understanding of customer needs and product sense.
- Prototyping and Scaling: Passion for prototyping early-stage products and scaling them up with robust platform solutions.
- Development Experience: Experience with frontend and backend developments, with a flexible 20/80 split or vice versa.
- API Development: Proven experience in API product developments.
- Risk/Compliance Systems: Experience in implementing modern risk/compliance/privacy management systems.
- Data-Intensive Products: Experience in building data-intensive products, involving offline ETL and online serving.
Compensation
- Salary Range: €143,640 - €197,640 per year.
- Additional Compensation: Equity and/or commission may be offered depending on the position.
