Overview
Join Plaid as a Senior Frontend Engineer to work on the Link team, a critical component of our user onboarding process. This role involves evolving and enhancing the Link platform to provide a seamless and high-quality experience for our users. You will be part of a remote-first team that spans a variety of technologies and product areas.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, particularly with our Design team, to understand product requirements and legal constraints.
- Architect solutions tailored to client needs and use cases.
- Lead projects and work closely with other engineering teams as well as Product, Design, Data Science, and more.
- Own and lead the oncall rotation, advocate for technical and process changes, and mentor junior engineers.
Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in frontend development, particularly with frameworks like React.
- Strong attention to detail with an emphasis on high-quality user experience.
- Excellent coding and testing skills.
- Proven experience as a project lead, capable of driving execution across functions.
