Role Summary
As a Senior Software Engineer on the Integrations Platform team, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing the platform that supports all of Plaid’s integrations with financial institutions. This position is pivotal in sustaining the core product and facilitating new product developments.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and maintenance of the Integrations Platform.
- Define the team’s reliability roadmap in collaboration with product and engineering leads.
- Drive the execution of long-term projects aimed at improving platform reliability and integration.
- Mentor team members and review technical design documents and code changes.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in backend engineering.
- Proven leadership in managing large-scale projects.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Go, NodeJS, or TypeScript.
- Experience in building and scaling distributed systems.
