Job Overview
We are seeking a Senior Backend Engineer with expertise in Python to join our dynamic team at Motion Recruitment. Responsibilities
- Hands-on Development: You will spend about 75% of your time in hands-on backend development using Python, Flask, and Django.
- Team Collaboration: Engage in collaborative work with your team, accounting for 25% of your daily activities.
Required Skills & Experience
- Python Expertise: You must have at least 4 years of experience in backend development using Python.
- Framework Proficiency: Experience with frameworks such as Flask, Django, or Fast API is essential.
- Cloud Services: Comfortable working with AWS and its APIs.
- Communication Skills: Clear and effective communication, both written and verbal, is crucial.
Desired Skills & Experience
- Educational Background: A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred.
- Financial Services Experience: Prior experience in the financial services sector is advantageous.
- ETL Tools: Familiarity with Snaplogic or other ETL workflow tools is beneficial.
