About The Team
The WPP team at Stripe is divided into two main pillars: Presence and Platform. The Presence pillar focuses on creating industry-leading designs for Stripe’s front door surfaces, educating customers about our platform, and driving business success. The Platform pillar builds the internal machinery that powers these surfaces, ensuring our websites are fast, stable, and easy to modify.
What You’ll Do
As a Frontend Engineer on the Presence pillar, you will:
- Work closely with the Platform team to scope and implement user experiences that contribute to our global mission.
- Craft experiences to drive client persona journeys.
- Develop tooling to automate localization efforts globally.
- Create best-in-class digital experiences driven by complex systems.
- Enable prospective clients to self-select into the right Stripe product lines.
- Uphold our high quality bar while bringing additional partners into the authoring process.
Who You Are
We are looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:
- 3+ years of relevant web front-end development or creative technology experience at a tech-forward, product-driven company.
- Advanced knowledge of modern HTML and CSS.
- Experience writing clear, elegant code in a team environment.
- Passion for engineering solutions focused around internal enablement.
Preferred Qualifications
- Understanding of the formal elements of design, including typography, layout, balance, and proportion.
- Previous experience in solutions focused on internal enablement.
Working Remotely at Stripe
This role is remote, defined as being 35 miles or more from one of our offices. While office visits are welcome for meetings and events, regular work will be from home. Relocation costs to remote locations are not covered by Stripe.
Pay and Benefits
The annual salary range for this role in Spain is €76,000 - €114,000. This includes potential bonuses and equity. Specific benefits vary by location and can include health benefits, retirement plans, and wellness stipends.
