Role Overview

As a Growth Associate, you will be a pivotal member of our Growth team, focusing on executing website strategy and utilizing your expertise in data analysis, user behavior tracking, and A/B testing. Your goal will be to identify opportunities, enhance user experience, and drive conversions.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement A/B Testing Campaigns & Web Updates: Execute A/B and multivariate tests to optimize website and landing page performance, user flows, and conversion funnels. Coordinate and execute website updates in alignment with new page creations, page refreshes, and new feature launches.

• Manage Projects & Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring all tasks are completed within scope and with high-quality standards. Collaborate with our creative and development teams to bring testing ideas for new landing pages through all phases of build, including planning, design, development, and QA.

• Monitor Performance & Reporting: Work closely with the development team to monitor website functionality, address technical issues, and ensure smooth operation. Track the performance of A/B tests and website metrics, creating reports to present key insights to stakeholders.

• Analyze Results and Develop Strategy: Analyze test outcomes and user behavior data to identify patterns and opportunities. Develop strategic recommendations and actionable plans to drive conversion rate improvements and enhance user experience.

• You are proficient in using platforms like VWO, Optimizely, WordPress, FullStory, Hotjar, or are enthusiastic and willing to learn.
